Our Policy: Up to 30 Days to Change Your Mind!

With, you can return the product within 30 full calendar days from the date you receive your package.* From the 1st to the 7th day, you can request an exchange, credit or refund (excluding sale products), and from the 8th to the 30th day you can request an exchange or credit only.

In all cases, products must be returned in their original condition, packaging included (with the label and any accessories) and in perfect resale condition. They must not have been used, washed or damaged. All merchandise will be inspected upon receipt.

When your product is part of a set, BeCoffee must receive the entire set as the return. Please note, we will not refund shipping costs if the item was damaged during shipping.

Damaged Item Policy

Any damaged item must be notified by email with pictures of items AND packaging at within 7 business days from the delivery of goods. Claim that will meet those criteria will be eligible to a refund exception of the shipping fee. BeCoffee keep the right to refuse any refund.

Return Procedure

To ensure that we process your return efficiently, we strongly suggest that you follow the procedure described below when returning your merchandise to BeCoffee:

3) Keep the Canada Post tracking number. With this number, we can guarantee receipt of your return package. The customer is responsible for the costs of return.

Please allow up to 10 days for us to receive your return. Once the package is received, we will examine and process your items within 48 hours to ensure that you receive your exchange, credit or refund as quickly as possible. All refunds will be automatically credited to the bank account or PayPal account used to make the original purchase. In the event we are unable to provide you with a suitable replacement item, we will promptly notify you by email.

BeCoffee has chosen PayPal & Stripe for online payments in order to secure transactions with SSL encryption technology. This technology makes your personal information and credit card information illegible while they are sent to the server during payment.

Protecting your privacy is at the top of our list of priorities. As a result, we have a strict policy that prohibits the sale, loan or rental of all personal information that you may provide when you register to our online store. Any personal information obtained during your visit is used only with your consent. We use it only to process your order properly and to make your shopping experience as enjoyable as possible.

Refund Policy

Refunds take 5 to 10 business days to process. This timeframe varies depending on the parties involved and the bank. A payment made through your PayPal account from a credit card or a bank account will be refunded directly into your PayPal account.
